    Hello,

    A friend sent me a picture of an articulated lorry travelling along the M11 (probably from the ferry in Rosslare?) carrying two large blue boxes with "aircraft parts" and "trent 700" painted on the back.

    Does anybody know why these would on the road in Ireland? Would there be a reason for replacing two trent 700 engines on an A330 in Dublin? Apparently he saw another pair on the move in the same location recently as well.

    Possibly an A330 in Dublin Aerospace getting an engine change, or engines coming back from overhaul??

    I've seen this transport also - M1 northbound around Lusk very early one morning when heading to Belfast a couple of months ago, and was puzzled by it.
