    I tried applying for the grant online however my pps apparently doesn't match what they have on file, I have never given my pps to IW and have never received a payment from DSP so don't know where they got the wrong pps from. I rang the support team last Thursday and was promised a return phone call which never came. No one could sort it out and I am a bit annoyed to say the least what now, will I even get my grant got no reference number despite giving all my details over the phone

    The Water Conservation Grant is paid and administered by the Department of Social Protection.

    We would advise you contact the Water Grant Support Team on 1890 100 043 or 0761 087 890 and a member of that team can address your query.
