1.3 97 Corolla questions

I'm looking at a 1.3 Corolla priced at 550, went through the nct 3 months ago and has 4 news tyres. Just looking for a cheap runabout for a few months until I have enough saved to go for a newer car as my own one is unreliable and has no NCT. I just want to see what other people have to say on this?

Those Corollas are very good, even the cheap ones. Have you a link to the specific ca you are looking atr?

Ah generally they are very robust cars, if it has a recent NCT and it drives ok, chances are you are safe as a house with it.

Just if we could see a photo or two we might be able to offer more advice on the actual vehicle you are buying. A picture speaks a thousand words and all that.

What kind of mileage is on it? At that price I assume it's a 4 door saloon?
