Applied for water grant- maby?

    I applied online for the water conservation grant. I filled in all the relevant details and encountered no problems however at the end of the process I received no reference number or indeed any indication that the process was complete. Is this normal?
    I supplied both my email address and phone number but have not received any communication to say my application was received.
    Can anybody let me know if this is usual.

    Hi bertsmom, I had exactly the same problem as you, when I had finished applying online it just returned to the home screen and I got no email to say they had received my application. Just few days ago I emailed dept of social protection who deals with this. Today I got reply to say according to their records I have not registered, needless to say I sent a terse email back to them. Be interesting to see what reply I'll get now. I don't intend to let this lie and will contact Liveline if I have to. Would love to know if this has happened to others apart from yourself
