    hi all,

my brother has fallen in love with cycling and wants to make a step up from his trek 1.2 which isn't a bad machine in itself, its been fitted with Dura Ace

a mate of his has a DIY build with a Colnago C50 frame, which to quote a few "rides like a dream"

so a few questions, what other frame sets out there would be able to compete with a Colnago C50 ?, maybe there is a chinese version of this going

regarding the building lets say we have got a good SH frame, its nice and light and all the rest, where is the next best place to spend the money on, is it the groupset or the wheels or the saddle or the handlebars

Very few frames compares with a c50...
    Complient , stiff... Classy ...- maybe a LOOK...or a TIME....
    Group set next
Wheel set last - it's EASILY upgradable
