car parking in carlow town

    hi all, Im doing a course in carlow IT and car parking spaces are impossible to find if your not there early! well tomorrow im not in till lunch time, were else can I park? I dont mind having to pay a few euro, does anybody know how much carlow shopping centre charges, or is there anywhere else?

    Up heside the irish mans opposite the court. 3 euro for day.

    I think €4 per day at Carlow SCC. Park on the upper levels but be out before 8pm.

    Woodies car park? Don't think there's a charge and it's relatively close

    there's one near the fire station too, https://goo.gl/maps/hhiJyr7Bmyr here i think it's around 3-4 a day too

    apparently the car park at the railway station is 4 euro a day, not sure at all about that one though

    The IT need to sort out the car parking. I understand funding needs to be prioritised etc but I was doing a work related course a few years back and had the same hassle. I was paying fees as well. It's likely gotten worse now.

    i was in the college 10 years ago, it was hilariously awful then too. it has not and will not improve until they build some sort of multi story parking structure.

    Woodies have clamped down on parking all day. They clamp cars now if they are there all day

    Didn't the IT apply for P.P. for a (temporary?) car-park at Bullock Pk./Borlum Wood in 2014.........might've been granted but decision appeal from residents.
