Padre Pio sticker removal

Any one know any good tips for removing one? Looks like someone had a failed attempt at removing mine and it looks shoddy. I will replace it with a brand new one from Veritas (can't do without, will crash the car and besides Padre is a great lad).

Soften it with a hairdryer, then scrape it with something hard and plastic. Methylated spirits should finish the job.

    Why not pray it off?

I used boiling water to remove stickers/decals from my car 20 odd years ago. Worked but not entirely sure how smart it is.

Funniest post I've read in ages!! :D:D

OP if you can get your hands on a heat gun this will soften the whole thing up and it'll be very easy to take off. A hairdryer will do the same thing but not as quickly.

Will you be getting the bundle deal with the sticker, including a new beaded seat cover, a bag of Werther's Original in the glove box and picnic blanket for the parcel shelf?... :pac:

WD 40 might work. I used it to remove stickers on the new windows in my house, worth a try.

You don't need insurance when you have Padre Pio

Oxy torch, take it handy. Try a inconspicuous part of it first.

What's wrong with it? If you believe and had a good old pray it would heal itself.

Set fire to the car. When the paint melts it'll fall off.

Stick a Buddy Christ statue in the car, then the Padre Pio sticker will just walk off.

Hot water. Pour over and let it soak in, then peel off.

Depends where sticker is located of course..

Be careful if the screen has the demister function (small lines across the screen) some of the suggestions here will also take those out

I have one in my car too but I'm too superstitious to remove it.

If you put on a new one, before removing the old tatty one, will you cause a disruption in the space/time continunen? Can Padre Pic be in the same place twice at the same time?

He can be on everyone's car at the same time so twice on the same car should be no bother

    Yea, great after dogging.
Anyway I went to scrape off a Padre Pio sticker once, I ended up cutting both my hands.
I have been stigmatised ever since.
