QF Tickets to Trade for Cardiff Accomodation

I know this is a long shot but here we go anyway. I have 2 spare tickets to the Sunday Quarter Final in Cardiff that I would be happy to give away in exchange for accommodation for the weekend for 4 people.

There are 4 of us (2 Irish lads and 2 french). Between us we have 6 tickets. 2 for the Satuday QF and 4 for the Sunday QF. Regardless of the result of the Ireland France match we'll both get to see our teams play in the QF. But we do have 2 spare tickets for the Sunday match and currently no place to sleep.

We are no fussy, any sort of couch or floor that is somewhere near Cardiff would be perfect. Anybody out there who would like to do a deal?

I have nothing to trade, but I'd recommend you look into camping or renting a campervan in London and driving up. It's probably your best shot at this stage. Accommodation is a nightmare that weekend.

Have you looked for accommodation in any of the nearby towns?

I'm staying in Newport for example.

    2 options
i seen somewhere cardiff harlequinns club have opened their rugby ground for camping, approx 10 quid a night or stay in bristol, between 4 of you its a 30 quid taxi home at the end of the night, just book/collect your train ticket early to get there, its mayhem getting on a train the morning of the match, queues are long

I would urge anyone who has yet to make travel plans to Cardiff for either of the 2 remaining weekends to NOT involve trains or train stations if at all possible.
Even with meticulous planning and buying tickets in advance etc it will result in stress and delays.
Car hire or taxis are what I would recommend.
