Im 15 years old off 10, I hit the ball the same distance as a pro golfer, looking to get to a 3 handicap by next year. I lack consistency throughout the round looking for people to help me with drills and tips and to share my progress with.

Don't look for them here or places like this. Put yourself under the tutelage of a teaching pro who will do it properly.

There's hundreds if not thousands of young players who can hit it miles; that's just the starting point. A pro who knows what he (and you) are doing will help you move on from there into the scoring parts of the game.

You also need to play with good players to be able to assess where your game stands.

If you are serious about it, then you need to take it seriously. You won't get anything useful from a discussion forum like this.
