    Hi have submitted my Irish Water application towards end of January 2015, In the month of August I got Bill, paid by 1st week of September 2015.

    I did not receive any correspondence from Water Grant, when contacted, they don't have my records.

    They asked me to contact you guys and get clarification, I called you Irish water on 24th Sept 2015 and was informed that some will get in touch with me.

    The Call reference is : <snip>

    Can anyone give me update on what is the problem, why i can't get Water Grant??
