Buying second hand equipment for business

Hi im looking to boy allot of second hand equipment from donedeal for my business The money im using is in the company account from an investment. Is there any legit way i can take the money from the account seeing as i wont have a receipt from buying the equipment?

Yeah, what I would do is print out a copy of the advertisement on done deal and keep a copy of any texts or calls made to the seller. It would be better if you could arrange to pay by bank transfer or through PayPal.
