Flogas not passing on any LPG price decrease

Been with flogas for almost 2 years. Was going to order a full fill of LPG and decided to check price price before i did seeing as the last delivery was back in February. At that time they said that they couldnt pass on price decrease at that time as they bought in advance, like airlines do. Fair enough i thought as oil/gas werent declining all that long. So i bought 400l to see me through spring and summer.
This time i was told that they couldnt pass on any price decrease as i am a "low use customer". So i'm stuck paying 72.5c/l.
I do have a solid fuel stove that is used quite a lot which does reduce gas usage but not passing on any decrease on that reason alone in pretty farcical in my view. According to SEAI from July the average price has dropped 19.8% year on year to july.
As a point of principle i'm pretty pissed at no reduction being passed on to me and will seriously consider switching to Calor or oil altogether once my service contract is up at end of the year.
Given the lack of transparency on bulk lpg prices and how they seem to vary from person to person even with the same company i'm wondering how the price i'm paying compares. I did see one other person say they were paying 63.5c/l (with calor i think)

I'm paying 63c with Calor based on 2300 litres annual usage

I find them the same as you have found Flogas, robbers!

Lies regarding price of gas "will always follow oil" by the sales guy.
    No prices advertised.
No real price reduction though they have promised for the last year they would.
Attempts to obfuscate prices by not quoting with VAT or carbon taxes or tank rental
Attempts to hide behind efficiency figures for gas v oil burners

All you can do is put in an oil burner and buy oil before it goes up and chalk it up to experience, thats what I'll be doing anyway
