Hi,

I registered with Irish Water last year. Since then I have moved house. When I first logged in online my account was still showing at my old address. Obviously when I contacted Irish Water to change my address they actually just set up a new account at the new address and left the old account active also.
I have been in contact by phone and had my old account deactivated. But now I can't use my email address to register an online account at the new address. Can this be rectified?
