    Has anyone been suffering from this? Ps4 was working fine till I tried to play the new Madden and now it's crashing for everything.
    There's a thread on the Eu playstation forums with over 2k replies.
    I'm tearing my hair out.

    Yes, I did. I've followed any and every possible guide I've came across on the internet.

    Deleting save data, install data, update data, initializing the ps4 (quick and full), disconnecting from the internet, installing firmware from a USB drive, installing the original hard drive.

    Nothing works.
