Three Broadband Customers Don't Count

I've been with Three for 5 years and have 3 different contracts (two phones and a broadband 4G router). The phones have never been any trouble however it has gotten to the point where mobile broadband with Three has began to feel like a scam. The last four months in a row my Mother (who can barely use google) had reached the download limit of 60GB. This download limit has not changed for broadband customers in 5 years!! I have set up the access point myself and there has been no one else using data. Meanwhile mobile users enjoy "unlimited" downloads. I understand the need for limits BUT The advertising cleary says "no data limits for Three customers" So does this mean Three don't consider broadband customers actual customers? Judging by the attitude of store staff when they realise your a broadband customer I would be inclined to believe this is true.

The point that really does take the biscuit is that the text alerts sent by Three when you're about to reach the download limit ALWAYS arrive more than 8 hours after three has charged €30+ for internet fees! This never happened with Vodafone or even Eircom, they had the courtesy to cut the connection BEFORE charging absurd rates. This is why I will most likely be cancelling all of my contracts on Saturday. Having paid €135 a month for years and then being charged €10 a second (according to the time stamp on the Three alerts) I would have expected to at least be treated like a customer...
