Hi,

I have one of these HP's. It's been instaled about 2 years now. Runs very well and takes care of itself. Electricty bills are low, even in winter, we have no other heat source (or energy everything is electric) in the house. When I had the one issue the owner was able to talk me over the phne on what to adjust.
