Living with parent: Parent was receiving rent allowance, now I started working.

    Hey, been living with parent (mother) up till now, I recently started working in full time job after graduating and will be moving out in a couple of months.

    My mother notified social welfare of this change but we haven't heard back from them anything, will they just cut off the rent allowance or will my mother be notified in advance?

    Has your mother been receiving rent allowance for a two bedroomed property with you classified as her dependant?
