Any one have one or any experience of using one. To me they look better engineered than any of the competitors who seem to catch a lot of silage along with the wrap. Another issue I see with the competitors is that they seem to fail 15% of the time and have difficulty with out of shape bales

Had a good look at them yesterday. How good or bad the plastic catcher is, I don't know. But the grab itself looks like a very well made/engineered bit of kit. Serious steel in it, heavier Rams than the competitors., and has hardox times And their price looks like very good value. ( and there's a ploughing discount)
If I was buying in the morning, it would be on the top of the list.
( sorry not much help, but the grab caught my eye aswell)

Have 2 buckets here from ProDig, serious quality. Did a deal for a grab yesterday on condition he dropped me one for a few days to ensure it did as it said on the tin

I was very close to buying the shear bucket version but backed away because of the possibility of a mouldy
bale being dumped into diet feeder.

Like their work and seem good to deal with.

Saves hopping up and down off a loader, reduces handling dirty material, and being between a bale and a cows head at barrier so is safer as well as faster if feeding a lot out. Dunno bout anyone else but getting in and out of machine is one of the places where a trip or fall is possibly most likely to happen esp on a wet winters evening with oil skins on. Purchase like this isn't exactly goin to break the bank if feeding alot of bales also

I tried milking with a penknife (and a coat) but found I was going through cows too fast for it to be economical.

Bought their 5ft shear grab last year- serious amount of steel in it- quality is brilliant

I didn't buy one because two of us can fire out enough bales for four days. one on loader the other with the Stanley. Id still manage on my own handy just take me twice the time. I'd find it hard to justify

Would you be opening many bales at a time. Tried it but found slow

Only feed around 200 bales here pit all the way.
I must time it but i'd say around 30 or 40 seconds dose it.
