Missing Payment

    I am really fed up. It seems ironic that I tried to be compliant and pay my bill but the payment has never been tracked down. It fills me with absolutely no confidence to pay the second bill as I fear that will go into the Bermuda Triangle too.

    I emailed about the query and got a vague response and then a text asking me to call you. I think at the very least you could call me.

    I sent another email to Customer Care this morning and would appreciate if someone could get to the bottom of this mess.
