    Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has any advice on this.
I’m buying an ipod off ebay from the UK. I haven’t bought via the UK before. Is any mail opened/scanned coming through the postal system from the UK/Europe?
    Thanks!

They do some random parcel scanning and opening if needed for post coming from UK/EU mainly looking for illegal stuff or stuff not suppose to be send on post like cigarettes, prescription medicines, etc

If parcel is posted from UK or EU no need to worry about an custom charges. (Excluding places like Jersey, Canary Islands, etc you will need to pay)

Thanks. I thought they scanned / opened any bulky packages.

I would make sure it really is coming from the UK or you could be stung for tax.
