I just did the test. I'm 24% psychopath apparently! Interesting read. I've known lots of psychopaths in positions of authority who can utilize aspects of their character well to really hold the authority and 'get it done' so to speak, but the lack of empathy and inability to allow things to flow in any kind of natural way, which usually ends up creating a toxic environment.
Although so called 'good psychopaths' tend to have really well meaning intentions, it's all coming from the head and I have never met one who can dial up the empathy factor.
