Has Noam Chomsky ever heard of a psychopath?

    He makes very serious claims that the world isn't run secretly behind closed doors etc. etc. but what about psychopaths.....he seems to be very naive.

    Considering that even though the percentage of psychopaths around is only 1% (I think)....they pose a really serious problem in the workplace....what happens when they get to the top?
