Hi all, just wondering for anyone who has done an FET (Frozen Embryo transfer), what CD (cycle day) did your transfer happen?

Also... has anyone heard of eating pineapple core to help with implantation?

Hi sticky, best of luck with your FET! Usually frozen cycles are easier to predict, but as you know often unexpected things crop up so it is hard to say exactly what day your transfer will be. For me, I was put on estrogen for about 10 days (can't remember exactly) and went in for a scan expecting my lining to be nice and thick and to be given a transfer date. Unfortunately the lining was a little slow to thicken so I needed to up my dose and come back in a few more days. After that, I was told I was ready. They then basically simulated a fresh cycle by deciding the day following my scan would be "egg collection", so I was told to start my progesterone support the evening of "egg collection". Transfer would then be scheduled either day 3 or day 5 after "egg collection" so that it was as similar as possible to a fresh cycle. That was my experience, in hari, I don't know how it is in other clinics. There seemed to be more flexibility in terms of dates, as once my lining was thick enough, they could really chose any day to be my pretend "egg collection" day, if you know what I mean!

Best of luck with it. Have everything crossed for you!
