    I saw it a couple of weeks ago.

    The trailer makes it look a helluva lot better than it is (IMO)

    This has been getting a lot of buzz from what I've heard, certainly the trailer heaps on the sense of dread and creepiness.

    But that's not as horror-inducing as this thread with its ambiguous title - please change it :)

    My Facebook feed has been showing this trailer up like crazy for the past month or so - always with the article/video title "scariest trailer ever!!!!"

    Found it very underwhelming if I'm honest.

    That new M Night Shalaman creeper looks better

    Watched this last night. I was a little underwhelmed as some others were. In general, I thought it was well executed and the
    climax where the twins take action against their mother was horrifying
    , but overall it just seemed a bit heavy handed and more interested in the dreadful atmosphere than having it's say on mother-son relationships. It would have been better to balance both.

    Also, the
    "twist", where Lukas is revealed to be dead, was so blatantly apparent within the first 10 minutes that I didn't think anyone in the film would address it directly
    .

    Worth a watch, but other films have done this better
    and I'll be keeping the loctite well away from the kids!
