Offered 5 weeks redundancy, 2 stat plus 3 employer.. Do I need to apply for stat myself separately?
Also offered redundancy and finished job last Thurs, with the hour!!! So now am getting month pay in lieu of notice. Does this mean I won't get notice cheque and p45 till End of Oct, when second months wages would normally be paid?
Or should all payment be made together?
    Thanks
    MM

No it's included in the 5 weeks you are getting.

Tell your administrator to contact Revenue for help. There are forms but off the top of my head I can't remember them.

    How long are you there?

Yes final payment should be first followed by P45 and what I think is called an RP45 for the revenue.

THis link may be of use

How part time are you? Two years statutory is very little.

The statutory is two weeks per year, OP has been offered five weeks per year which is quite generous.

Yes was lucky to have union support to get the 5 weeks a year!!!

My employer seems to think that they pay 3 weeks and I apply for other 2 weeks?? I assumed they pay all and are then rebated the statuatory part, or some of...???
Also mentioned paying months wages.. due next week. then their portion of redundancy, that I have apply for statuatory myself and then end Oct they pay month wages in lieu notice with p45?
This sounds v messy.. will take Stheno's advice and tell admin to contact Revenue..
    Amatuers!!

They pay it all then claim it back.

Your final paycheck should be what salary you are owed, plus five x 7 weeks, but it's subject to special tax treatment.

They need to check it with revenue.

You might benefit from seeing a tax solicitor with your figures in hand so you understand what you are due.
