Hi guys, fairly quick question. What would be the best graphics solution for professional photoshop and light animation work on a 4k screen? Building a system for my sister and looking at the Dell P2715Q as a screen option. I feel 4k might be a bit much for integrated graphics on something like an i5 4460.

Build looks something like this so far.
i5 4460 (Debating the merits of the i7)
    16gb DDR3 1600MHz
    400W PSU
    H97 ITX board.
    250GB SSD
2 TB HDD (Considering 2 1TB HDD in Mirrored RAID for backup purposes)
    GTX750Ti or GTX950 maybe?
Bitfenix Prodigy ITX Case (Thanks again TerrorFirmer)

    Haswell(HD4200/HD5200) can do a 4k screen at 30Hz, Broadwell(HD5500/HD6200) can do a 4k screen at 60Hz and skylake(HD530) can drive three 4k screens at 60Hz.

If it's not 3d work, you don't specifically need a graphics card.
