    Hi
A new boss has taken over in my job and he seems really nice and fun.
He has taken all our phone numbers and he texts us updates etc.
However, lately he's being sending me a lot of non work related jokey texts which I'm finding extremely weird!
I text him back straight away which is probably my downfall.theres nothing sexual in them but I feel there's a boundary that shouldn't be crossed ( I'm his secretary).
I don't want to come across as rude but I really don't know how to deal with them!!
Has anyone else ever come across this?

^Totally. By replying you're only giving him the idea that it's totally OK.
