Whiten teeth after quitting smoking ??

    finally quit the smokes a week ago... im just wondering how long it takes untill i see/notice nice white nice teeth again ?

    any whitening toothpaste or anything like that that would be good ?

    Save the cash from the cigs and get it done right?

    get it done right as in what way ? clinic , dentist , buy my own kit ?

    I'm not any expert but I think your dentist could do it. Dunno if I'd trust those kits.
