Who are the private owners of (eir) eircom

As many of you know eircom have rebranded to eir for some reason. Silly ads and all that sort of stuff. As far as I am aware eircom is a private ltd company after it's public pump and dump nonsense but does anyone know who are the main owners / shareholders of the company?

It is the former debt holders. There are some details here.
