Few small jobs to be done in the house in douglas. Bit of carpet to be put down in a fairly square room. Small bit of skirting to be nailed in and a corner of the inside wall to be replaster ed and squared.

Anyone know anyone? Couple of hours work in it
    Cheers!

There's a couple of hours work in the plastering alone, prepping the wall, mixing the plaster, applying it, and giving it a final finish.

Hijacking the thread if I can - anyone know of a handyman who could handle light tiling and electric work i.e. grouting, hanging a mirror on tile, or wiring up a few awkward hall lights, shaving a door that has expanded etc.?

Would welcome any suggestions if one person is likely to be able to do all of these or if we need a specialist for each (which might barely be worth their time)
