Ever since I got a new modem I cannot stream music through my Sonos system.
How do I look into a modem from my laptop (mac) to unblock/allow it work with Sonos ?
Its a voip service and not in Ireland.

What's the model/make of the modem?

There is no manufactures name or information on it. Its a generic French telecom modem. If I could "see" into it I would have a start.
Beyond seeing it as a network I cannot see the modem "workings"

From the command prompt type ' ipconfig /all' and look for the gateway ip address. This is normally the ip address of the router. Type that ip address into a browser and see if that brings up the administration page. It may be password protected.

Thanks for your suggestion Degsie but when I type in ipconfig/all I just get a list of sites discussing ipconfig. These all discuss "windows" and Im on a mac.
Perhaps I'm doing this wrong as Im not clear on 'command prompt type".

Not your browser, open command prompt, it's in programs>accessories, just typing "cmd" in the search box will find it too
