    There are some good companies out there folks :)

    Recently got a pair of Spiuk zs15rc from probikekit. At €116 all in, I couldn't say no, as I knew Spiuk sizing from my previous pair.
    But after less than 500km use, the rear heel tab came away. I coulda glued it back on, but decided to contact probikekit and see if they'd be willing to do anything.
    They said to send it on and they'd investigate. Cost €13 registered post to send, they said theyd refund if the shoe was found to be faulty.
    Anyway, I got an email a couple of weeks after saying shoe was repaired on on the way back to me. They also refunded the postage cost which was good.
    Anyway, package arrives Wednesday and I open it to find the new zs16rc instead of a repaired zs15rc! Sweet! Its a nicer colour scheme, fluo green/black, instead of fluo green/black/white, and has a more padded tongue and seems a good deal stiffer. And is currently retailing at well above €116!
    Happy out.

    And I also lost my stuff sack for my Endura fs260 race cape on Monday, must have been when I stopped to take out a bandana for me head in the lashings of rain! So contacted Endura to see if I could buy one anywhere, and they said they'd send me one free of charge!

    Nice to see this kind of customer service out there. It will certainly encourage me to recommend and use these companies again in future. :pac:
