Looking to repair this rust in bottom if door before it gets any worse

The metal it still solid so was going to try sand rust back as far as possible , treat it with some product I don't no what yet any suggestions, then full/prime/paint over

The inside of door I'm not to fussy but the outside I want to get it as good as poss as I have to remove paint as it bubbling so any pointers on the best way to tackle this job?

    Cheers

A replacement door is the best option. It will be very difficult to do a proper repair on that.

If you are going to attempt repairing it fiberglass resin and plenty of elbow grease might work.
