Advice on either of these cheap cars?

I am looking for a cheap, small car to get me around for the next few months. I don't do many miles and just need something for the daily commute and trips around town.

I am not the most savy bout cars but it seems like these are 2 of the better options i have come across.

Does anyone have advice on either of these?

Are you looking at cars in Tip in that price bracket? There's a user here that has a tidy, rust free, low mileage Fiesta for sale. Personally speaking I think they're a much nicer car than those two.
