Does anyone know if you split jobseekers with your partner can you apply for job bridge position? At the moment my partner receives the jobseekers and I am the qualified adult under his claim

Do you mean can you as a qualified adult be eligible to do the scheme?
Or can they as the claimant take up a jobbridge position?

You won't be eligible unless you have a live claim in your own right or be signing for credits yourself. Dependant adults do not meet the eligibility factor. You could commence your own claim and become eligible after the 3 months/78 days have accrued.

This is what I mean yes, I want to find an internship regarding accounts. Do you think I will be eligible for the extra 50 a week too ?

If you start your own claim your payment will be half of what is presently paid to your partner for you both. After you meet the 3 month eligibility factor and get a JobBridge internship the €50 top up will be added to your payment for the duration of the internship. You will need to be be available for and looking for work during the 3 months, meet Intreo etc., (let them know about seeking an internship in accounts) and sign on.
