Sounds very like twin lamb disease to me, I would give her a dose of glucose 60 ml once a day for the next 3 days, if no improvement ring the vet

Is she losing her cud by any chance?

If it smells like ammonia, it could be buggered kidneys.

Hardly in lamb at the moment. And no shortage of feed at moment so very unlikely to be twin lamb disease

Infection in mouth, loose rotten teeth...
