Payee cannot be added

    Trying to add a payee online and the error message payee cannot be added is coming up.
    I'm sure it's the proper account information.
    Can you advise?

    Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.

    We're sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulty adding a payee on Banking 365 Online.

    Can we ask you to please manually type the IBAN and BIC without spaces into the field and do not copy and paste this information. We would also recommend taking the 'XXX' off the end of the BIC if this is included. 

    If you continue to experience difficulty adding the payee, please call BOI Direct on 0818 365 365 / 00353 1 4044000 while you have access to your PC and a representative will be happy to assist you further.
