Yesterday, I installed IOS 9 on the iPhone 6.

Also upgraded iTunes to version 12.3.

Now, when i connect the iPhone to the laptop, iTunes does not see/recognise the iPhone.

have tried everything i can think of, but no luck.

    Any suggestions?

    thank you.

Go to auto play in control panel and scroll down to find the iPhone. Change it to ask every time and try again.

    Thanks, guil.

    Did that. No change.

When I look under File Explorer, I can see the iPhone. Just iTunes doesn't see the iPhone.

    I reinstalled iTunes.

Seems to be OK (for now).
