Hi, I am currently building a PC. I need to know can I use an i7 2600k with an Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 ti? If so, what motherboard should I use?

You can, you need a socket 1155 motherboard. If you want to overclock the CPU you'll need either the Z75 or Z77 chipset (hard to find and probably expensive nowadays unless you stumble across a bargain - most of those boards are probably still being used thanks to that generation's longevity).

You can upgrade the graphics card massively down the line as well.
