Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Increased Enrolment Contract

    Hi everyone!

    Just enquiring, I know a friend who got a Fixed Term Contract due to Increased enrolment in her school, just wondering does this contract count towards CID?

    Fixed Term is like a Maternity Leave , temporary contract usually not for the full school year, which wouldn't count towards CID. But the fact she received a contract as a result of increased students sounds like it's Regular Part Time, her own hours for the full year, which does count towards CID.

    If she reads over her contract, it should tell her exactly what type of contract it is and then a google search should answer her question.

    I know her contract title says fixed term but in the details part it says regular part time, however the objective grounds says hours arising from increased enrolment.

    So was just wondering if hours from increased enrolment counted for a CID. :)
