Mix up with Landlord, have discovered I am now not registered.

    Hi
    I am currently a tenant in a property, registration papers went to the landlord. 
    There was a mix up with landlord, we thought they had registered they thought we had. 
    We are now moving out of the property and would like to settle our water bill.
    We have no account number, is there a way to pay the bill for the 3 quarters if the year so far.
    Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

    Thank you for your query.

    If you contact us on 1890 448 448 we will be able to register your details for your period of time in your previous property and ensure that you are billing accurately for the time in question.

    When you move properties if you contact us with the above number on the day you move we will be able to update your account details on our system.
