Hi, I've been wearing clear aligners for over a year after palate expansion, I kept them clean but I developed very bad digestive issues from them. Since I've stopped my teeth are moving and are in cross-bite on the left side again. I don't want to attend the same dentist and I'm wondering if I were to try Inman aligners would I need to wear plastic in my mouth for the rest of my life when I've finished with them?.

Also is it ever possible to just plane down the teeth that are clashing on the left side?.
