Redzone on Sky

I cannot record redzone anymore, sky seemed to have removed the option and haven't responded to any of my emails and even talking with the Customer service they say they haven't the authority to raise it with someone in the Sports/technical department.

Basically is there anywhere I can download redzone to watch at a later time- legally of course.

Or if anyone has been onto Sky and have heard something different can yo let me know.

I couldn't record last week, but figured it was opening night jitters. Checked last night before going to bed and when I pressed record I was given the 2 options - Live game or Redzone.

There were intermittent issues with it last year too.

Hopefully it's fixed for all now.

you can tape the first part from 5.30 to 9.15 this Sunday. Doesn't let you tape the second part

Sounds like they are sorting it anyway which is something. I tried yesterday evening around 6pm and the first part wasn't available. I'll try again later when I get home.

i've the name of the relevant person so ill give it a bash at recording when i get home and if it doesnt work ill give then a shout in the morning

Fantastic move by sky to put red zone on a different channel. I hope it continues.
