I just switched from Sky to Eircom or Eir over the weekend and i have the modem and all working. But when i was on 3megs with Sky im now only getting 2megs with Eircom. Can this be increased to what my line max can take ?

    Thanks

    Hi BadCharlie,
I would definitely suggest that you call our tech support team on 1890 260 260 and have them troubleshoot this with you. Before you do call make sure you have only one device attached to modem, if possible.
I hope they can advise how to resolve this.
