    Anyone get it yet? 100 bucks has just landed in my bank account - I presume it is this grant thing.....election coming up!

    Surely you should only get it if you've demonstrated that you have conserved an equivalent amount of water? Otherwise it's a hundred quid on the almost entirely erroneous presumption that people will conserve water out of goodness of their little hearts. They won't.
