Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone using Bit Defender?

I got a couple of new machines recently and wanted to put some AV on. I've had Avast, Kaspersky and some others over the years and they have all been fine, but I wanted to see what else was out there.

I did a quick review of the websites and Bit Defender seemed to come across well so I checked them out. I had a couple of instant messenger chats with them and they seemed very professional (and prompt), so I went ahead and bought their Family Pack, which is basically their full on PC, MAC & Android products for as many machines as you have.

    And then the trouble started.

I got a mail back with a link to the download, but none of my machines can open the download page. I'm using OpenDNS, but it's not blocking anything. I tried getting back on to their chat again, but now somehow nobody is answering.

I'm reasonably sure (even just from the posts in this forum) that the company is legit, but I'm struggling to understand what's gone wrong. Is there anyone out there who is using Bit Defender who can maybe shed some light on this (or even confirm that I've been done)?
