Back to education allowance

Anyone received their back to education allowance payment into their bank account yet? Does a social welfare form still have to be signed and stamped by college to prove attendance? I don't seem to have received anything like that this year yet like I have the previous three years. Just wondering had system changed?

My OH got a letter a few days ago saying he was provisionally awarded it, and that his first payment will be in next Thursday, and to supply letter of attendance etc.
