Question About Grant Details

Hi, I know you guys don't administer the grant, but I have a question about the information passed on to Social Welfare. 

I registered with Irish Water when the application forms first went out (last year sometime) and then my first bill was sent with my name, but to my landlord's address in a different county. Sometime this past June (before the cut-off date) I called and got the address changed and my bill reissued.

I'm wondering if Social Welfare got my registration details as for my landlords address or the actual address of the property? My landlord lives away some of the year and I'm worried I won't get the letter I need to apply with if it goes to his address.

Am I better off calling the water grant guys and asking them? I'm also away the first week of October so anxious to make sure I get the letter by the end of September.

The Department of Social Protection should issue a letter to you regarding the Water Conservation Grant before September 30th. If you have any concerns or have not received the letter before that date, we would advise that you contact the Water Conservation Grant Support Team on 0761 087 890 or 1890 100 043.
