Can't register on water.ie or watergrant.ie

    I've spent the last 2 and a half weeks trying to register on both sites without success! 

    I have talked to a total of 7 (8 if you count the answering machine) Irish water representatives over the phone, 3 of them have straight up lied to me to get me of the phone and the lad I was just on the phone with, after 25 minutes of "my colleague said this should be working" and "my colleague said that should be working" (clearly not tech, clearly didn't know what to do) said that he had found someone who could solve my problem, only to put me through to an answering machine, which just stated a name and then beeped and finally returned me to the main menu of the automated phone service.

    I didn't know Irish water had representatives on boards, I would be very grateful if one of you could put an end to this for me.
