Not a customer, registration stalled

    Please can you look into why I haven't been registered. I sent in the appropriate forms 2 months ago, I received a letter asking me to phone you. Each time I try I'm on hold for more than 10 min and give up thinking of my phone bill. I have a reference number 0043045473. Please can you let me know what has happened.
